Opening in Spring 2016, the Wilson Hall Maker space will house tools for digital fabrication, physical computing, and instrument/interface design. In addition to traditional woodworking tools, there will be two CNC milling machines, a 3D printer, a low power laser cutter, and 10 soldering stations. Students can gain access to the space by completing training sessions that will start in February. If you have questions, email peterb@virginia.edu or tthatcher@virginia.edu.
